Kosmo Retail Strategy
Kosmo is Ukraine’s second biggest health and beauty retailer after A S Watson with over 50 stores. Kosmo stores were smaller than the competition and though despite acquiring a pharmacy business had no Pharmacy offer within the Health and Beauty Store. Retail Vision reviewed Kosmo Retail Strategy and recommended Kosmo develop an enlarged store format with a pharmacy together with a new store design to define the new concept.
Kosmo New Store Format
John Ibbotson and the Retail Vision team developed a new format with new space allocation, layouts, planograms, fixture design and opportunities for branding, promotion and customer communication. A separate Pharmacy was located within the format meeting all Ukrainian legislation.
